Hourly rate: $15/hour

Description

Company in San Luis Obispo seeks a detail oriented team player as a Customer Care Expert. This is a full-time Monday-Friday 8am-5pm, temporary-to-hire position.

 

The best candidates will be team players with a sense of humor who are detailed, service-minded and computer savvy. This is a deadline driven environment so applicants must be able to think and act quickly.

 

Duties include:

  • Answering customer phone inquiries
  • Processing phone product orders
  • Troubleshooting customer problems
  • Document customer interactions in company tracking program
  • Perform testing on new product releases/proofreading products biennial rewrite
  • Other clerical tasks as assigned. No cold calling or sales quotas

 

Requirements:

  • Two years of customer service experience
  • College degree from an accredited university (or equivalent work experience)
  • Proficient in MS Office applications and type 45 wpm (applicants will be tested on these programs)
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Must be able to lift 25lbs
  • Pass a pre-employment physical, drug screen and nationwide background check
