Office Administrator

San Luis Obispo

Hourly rate: $20-$24/hour DOE

Description

Our SLO client is looking for a full time Office Administrator to start as soon as possible!

 

This is a temp-to-hire opportunity

 

Job duties will include:

 

  • Tracking timecards, payables, receipts, costs and running reports
  • Support Plant Mgr. with POs, ordering and inventory
  • Maintain safety, HR requests, manuals and forms
  • Answer phones and greet guests
  • Assemble financial information for accounting
  • Reconcile timecards ensuring accuracy
  • Other administrative support duties as assigned

 

Requirements:

 

  • 3-5 years office management experience
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite
  • Ability to prioritize projects with a strong attention to detail and problem solving
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Previous bookkeeping or accounting experience a plus
