Receptionist

San Luis Obispo

Hourly rate: $14-$15/hour

Description

Our construction client is looking for a Receptionist to start as soon as possible. Position is M-F and could be full or part time hours. This is a temp opportunity with the possibility of temp-to-hire.

 

Job Duties include:

  • Answer phone and greet visitors
  • Open and distribute mail, order supplies and maintain front office area
  • Enter service requests and process credit card payments
  • Typing memos and miscellaneous items that arise
  • Other clerical duties as assigned

 

Requirements:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Ability to handle multiple projects at one time
  • Excellent phone etiquette
