Human Resources Representative (Temp)

Santa Maria

Hourly rate: $18-$22/hour

Description

Our Santa Maria client is looking for a Temporary HR Representative to start as soon as possible. Position is full time and expected to last 4-5 months.

 

Job duties will include:

 

  • Act as HR liaison communicating between department Managers, staff and employees
  • Process all new hires and conduct orientations
  • Work with payroll to process timesheets and track vacations
  • Maintain legal postings and communication boards
  • Assist with open enrollment
  • Manage/track Worker's Compensation to ensure compliance
  • Additional administrative tasks as assigned

 

Requirements:

  • Bilingual English/Spanish
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Previous HR experience preferred
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Valid CA driver's license with clean driving record
