Temporary Clerical Support

San Luis Obispo

Hourly rate: $15/hr

Description

Our well established retail client is looking for temporary clerical support, expected to last around 2 months. This position is full-time (35-40hrs/week), Monday-Friday.

 

Duties will include:

  • Proof-reading information that has been handwritten on standardized Federal Forms; checking each one for accuracy, completeness and consistency
  • Posting data by hand in company log books
  • Maintaining records in company software inventory system

 

Requirements:

  • Ability to follow directions and work well with team members
  • Neat and legible handwriting/printing
  • Excellent computer skills
  • Accuracy, attention to detail and excellent organization skills are required
