Planroom Coordinator

Hourly rate: $15-$16/hour DOE

Description

Our non-profit North County client is looking for a Planroom Coordinator to join their team!

 

Position is M-F and approx. 30 hours/week. Schedule is 9 AM-4 PM

 

This is a long term temp-to-hire opportunity.

 

Job duties will include:

 

  • Opening and closing office daily
  • Customer service and data entry
  • Answer phones, process mail and proofreading documents
  • Handle social media marketing
  • Assist with donations and sponsorships for events
  • Travel as needed
  • Other administrative tasks as assigned

 

Requirements:

 

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in MS Office and type 50 wpm
  • Proficient in Office 365, Adobe and Publisher
  • Bilingual Spanish preferred
  • Valid CA Driver's license with clean driving record
  • Pass a Multi-state background check
