Technical Support Specialist
San Luis Obispo
Hourly rate: $20-$22/hr
Our innovative San Luis Obispo based client is looking for a Technical Support Specialist to join their team.
This is a full-time, direct hire opportunity! In this position, you will have access to their medical plan, matching retirement plan, paid vacation/sick time as well as paid holidays!
This position will start out remotely during COVID-19 but eventually will be an in-house position.
Duties will include:
- Assist Customer Care in the set-up of new customers
- Address customer issues that Customer Care has elevated to Technical Support
- Work with clients to help set up their SSO or portal integration
- Work with team on software testing
- Research and learn about ADA Guidelines pertaining to software
- Create internal and external technical documents
- Other duties as assigned
- At least two years of higher education and/or experience in a computer related field
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to think strategically and develop creative solutions to challenges
