Office Manager (Temp)
San Luis Obispo
Hourly rate: $18-$20/Hr.
Our client is looking for a full time temporary Office Manager to start ASAP!
Position is M-F and expected to last 6 months.
Job duties will include:
- Point person for maintenance, mail, shipping, supplies, equipment, bills and errands.
- Partner with HR to maintain office policies as necessary.
- Open and close the office daily, including arming/disarming alarm.
- Order office supplies as needed.
- Pick up the mail from onsite box. Review incoming mail and take action based on set of established processes (i.e. Checks go to Accounting; Invoices go to Purchasing, etc.). Escalate any exceptions or questions to SVP.
- Distribute paystubs biweekly to team in office.
- Review/approve daily timecards. Support team members with troubleshooting system.
- Support benefits review and selection.
- Schedule maintenance regularly as defined or sporadically as needed on equipment, printers, carpet cleaning, water cooler, etc.
- Other tasks as assigned.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Proficient in MS Office
- Experience in Humanity a plus
