Graphic Design/Marketing Assistant

Hourly rate: $12-$13/hour

Description

New graphic design position is open with one of our engineering clients! This is a full-time, temp-to-hire position. The position has a paramount responsibility of graphic design.

Duties will include:

  • Maintain electronic and printed sales and marketing orders
  • Assistant with product quotes and proposals
  • Help develop and maintain procedures for sales and marketing activities
  • Develop and upgrade electronic and printed graphics for the company's marketing materials
  • Compose newsletters, press releases, promotions, technical articles and other marketing material
  • Work with Marketing Manager to develop and maintain marketing reports
  • Assist and execute planning and setup of trade shows
  • Occasionally travel for trade shows and customer visits

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree from 4-year college or university
  • 1-2 years related work experience and/or training
  • Proficient with Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop
  • Must have superior graphic design skills
  • Knowledge and experience with website management systems
  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written) and possess excellent organizational skills
  • Able to multitask and prioritize in a fast paced environment
  • Basic understanding of accounting
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Available to work M-F, 8am - 5pm
