Transaction Coordinator

San Luis Obispo

Hourly rate: $18-$20/hour


A well-established Real Estate office is seeking a FT Transaction Coordinator to join their team!


Duties will include:

  • Review contracts, amendments, & other counter offers
  • Enter contacts, key dates & documents into transaction management service
  • Prepare a key date calendar for the seller & agent
  • Open Escrow, obtain file number, request escrow & commission instructions, prelim report as well as CC&R's
  • Prepare disclosure packet per the agents' broker list
  • Send all seller disclosures to buyer's agent via email
  • Order natural hazard report, home warranty & inspections
  • Regular follow up with selling agent, lender & escrow
  • Ensure appraisal has been ordered
  • Follow up weekly on any missing paperwork
  • Verify all documents & repairs are ready for completion
  • Ensure the buyer has appointment to sign loan documents
  • Coordinate with loan officer & escrow for funding & recording
  • Review file for document compliance per broker list
  • Support executives as needed



  • Previous transaction coordinating experience a must
  • Marketing experience a plus
  • Knowledge of InDesign
  • Familiar with MLS
  • Must be able to pass a background check
  • Proficient in MS Office and highly adaptable to learning new programs
