Office Assistant (Temp)

Hourly rate: $16-$18/hour

Description

Our North County Client is looking for a full time Office Assistant to start as soon as possible. This is a temp position expected to last until mid January. Schedule will be M-F and 8AM-4:30PM.

 

Job Duties will include:

  • Data entry and invoicing
  • Managing inventory and filing
  • Other clerical support duties as assigned

 

Requirements:

  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly proficient in MS Office
  • Exceptional follow up and organizational skills essential
