Description

Our Client company is looking for a skilled Finance and Business Management professional to join their team. This is a dynamic and challenging role in a fast paced environment.

 

Responsibilities to include:

  • AP/AR tracking
  • maintaining billing files
  • reviewing time tracking entries for accuracy
  • monitoring project budgets
  • tracking sub-contractor budgets
  • creating and tracking company budgets and expenditures
  • Ability to manage HR, business insurance and business office operations

 

Requirements:

  • be highly proficient in MS Office Suite and Quickbooks
  • excellent time management and communication skills
  • good accounting/bookkeeping skills
  • some experience in a professional services firm helpful
