Administrative Assistant (Part Time)

Hourly rate: $18-$19/hour
Our client is looking for an administrative assistant who is well versed in all aspects of an office setting. Ideal candidate will have excellent time management skills, have great attention to detail and be self-directed. Professional demeanor and communication skills are essential. Position is part time M-F approx. 24 hours/week
Job Duties will include:
- Maintains current and new clients in database and updates contact information.
- Creates and maintains projects in project database.
- Sets-up, drafts, proofs, and tracks submittals for letter proposals.
- Participates in proposal creation with Marketing Department.
- Assists in preparing complex client reports and presentations.
- Provides support to Project Managers.
- Communicates with public agencies, contractors, and vendors.
- 6 years of comprehensive office experience providing administrative support
- Advanced working knowledge of MS Office Suite and Power Point
- Strong time management and interpersonal communication skills
- Knowledge of Deltek Vision software a plus
- Previous experience in an Architectural and/or Engineering firm a plus
