Our 5 cities client is looking for a full time Administrative Assistant
This is a temp-to-hire opportunity.
Job duties will include:
- Answering phones and greeting guests
- Assist with AP coding invoices and data entry
- Provide support to HR department with paperwork and timecards
- Event planning
- Clerical and administrative support as needed
- Special projects as assigned
- Previous office experience
- Proficient in MS Office
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment
