Operations Administrative Assistant

Hourly rate: $22-$25/hour

Description

Our client is looking for a full time Operations Administrative Assistant to join their team as soon as possible.

 

Position is long term and job duties include:

  • Preparing weekly operations staffing schedule
  • Support Area Supervisor on bringing in new contractors/employees
  • Schedule monthly ops admin safety meeting
  • Coordinate general ops building functions
  • Generate weekly maintenance schedule and planning lists
  • Assist with epayables and expense reports
  • Track all training for the Operations department
  • Other administrative support functions as assigned

 

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication, customer service, and decision making skills
  • Minimum of 5 years comprehensive office experience providing administrative support.
  • Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel
  • Must successfully complete background and drug test
