Office/HR Manager

San Luis Obispo

Hourly rate: $20-$23/hour

Description

Growing local business is looking for a Office/HR Manager to join their team.

 

Job duties will include:

  • Coordinating employee recruitment, selection and hiring
  • Administering employee benefit plans, training and special events
  • Planning, implementing and evaluating employee relations and HR policies, programs and practices in an organization that operates 7 days/week, 24 hrs/day
  • Maintaining employee handbook and personnel records
  • Ensuring state and federal legal compliance
  • Managing AR and preparing bi-weekly payroll
  • Serve as an administrative liaison between departments and support management team

 

Requirements:

  • Minimum 4 years of office management, supervisory or HR related experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational and leadership abilities
  • Proficient in MS Office and QuickBooks
  • Bilingual-Spanish a plus
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule
