Planroom Coordinator/Receptionist

Hourly rate: $16/hour

Description

Local non-profit association is looking for a Planroom Coordinator/Receptionist to start immediately!

Schedule will be 8:30-4:30 pm M-TH

 

Job duties will include:

  • Opening and closing office daily
  • Customer service and data entry
  • Answer phones, process mail and proofreading documents
  • Handle social media marketing
  • Assist with donations and sponsorships for events
  • Travel as needed
  • Other administrative tasks as assigned

Requirements:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in MS Office and type 50 wpm
  • Proficient in Office 365, Adobe and Publisher
  • Valid CA Driver's license with clean driving record
  • Pass a Multi-state background check
