A new full-time position is open with our fun and fast-paced IT client. This position will be supporting a technical team in a high touch, client contact position. You will serve the best in class healthcare, accounting, finance, winery, manufacturing & engineering operations who rely on technology to get business done.
Your duties:
Support team with administrative and customer success excellence
Equip team for success with product procurement
Maintain an excellent facility
Coordinate communications
Maintain timely and accurate database of client data
Participate in group discussions, meetings, work teams - not just as a scribe
Maintain records in QuickBooks
Able to work in a fast-paced environment
Be willing to look at new information in a new light to forge a new way
Help organize sales and customer appreciation events
Support and engage in company’s positive culture
Requirements:
Four years or more of admin experience
AA or Bachelor’s degree desired. Combined education and experience may be substituted in lieu of a degree
Experience in QuickBooks
Full-time position, non-exempt, 8-5 core hours, flex time around those core hours; a small amount of overtime and weekend work may be required
Must have valid CA driver's license & reliable vehicle, Position is 95% onsite; 5% around SLO county (mileage will be reimbursed)
Able to lift 40 pounds
Company utility bike use is optional but encouraged
