Office/Operations Manager

San Luis Obispo

Hourly rate: $15-$16/hour

Description

A new full-time position is open with our fun and fast-paced IT client. This position will be supporting a technical team in a high touch, client contact position. You will serve the best in class healthcare, accounting, finance, winery, manufacturing & engineering operations who rely on technology to get business done.

 

Your duties:

  • Support team with administrative and customer success excellence
  • Equip team for success with product procurement
  • Maintain an excellent facility
  • Coordinate communications
  • Maintain timely and accurate database of client data
  • Participate in group discussions, meetings, work teams - not just as a scribe
  • Maintain records in QuickBooks
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Be willing to look at new information in a new light to forge a new way
  • Help organize sales and customer appreciation events
  • Support and engage in company’s positive culture

 

Requirements:

  • Four years or more of admin experience
  • AA or Bachelor’s degree desired. Combined education and experience may be substituted in lieu of a degree
  • Experience in QuickBooks
  • Full-time position, non-exempt, 8-5 core hours, flex time around those core hours; a small amount of overtime and weekend work may be required
  • Must have valid CA driver's license & reliable vehicle, Position is 95% onsite; 5% around SLO county (mileage will be reimbursed)
  • Able to lift 40 pounds
  • Company utility bike use is optional but encouraged
