There is an exciting opportunity for an HR/Payroll Specialist with a local company! The ideal candidate will be organized, have a strong attention to detail and posses excellent multi-tasking skills!
- All aspects of HR including: maintain EE files, process new hire paperwork, administer benefits through a TPA, process background checks and other HR functions
- Process payroll for 100+ employees
- This position has flexible hours of 29-40 hrs/wk. There are competitive benefits and PTO for F/T employees.
- BS preferred or equivalent experience
- 2-4 years HR experience
- 1+ years in payroll, preferably in Paylocity
- Knowledge State and Federal laws
- Familiar with FMLA, CFRA, Cal/OSHA
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Proficient in MS office
