Temp HR Assistant

San Luis Obispo

Hourly rate: $16/hour

Description

Our client is looking for a temporary full time admin assistant in their HR department. Position will last 2-3 months.

 

Duties will include:

  • Preparing and creating word documents, letters, files and new hire packets
  • Data entry in HRIS
  • Coordinate with staff setting up interviews and meetings
  • Filing and answering phones

 

Requirements:

  • Proficient in MS Office skills
  • Excellent time-management skills
  • Ability to meet deadlines while working in a fast-paced environment
  • Previous office experience
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
