Temp System Administrator needed who's familiar with working in a banking environment. Assignment to last 4-5 months, starting immediately.
The System Administrator will be responsible for:
Installation guidance, configure, modify, and troubleshoot network hardware and software applications used by the bank
Assess software products to include documentation for compatibility and applicability in the bank’s environment
Understand hardware configurations and requirements as they apply to software applications
Perform software upgrades and updates
Document procedures and changes to all software applications
Maintain server health and service
Ensure software and applications at server level are maintained and functioning
Answers customer and management inquiries via telephone and e-mail concerning hardware and software operations.
Plan and oversee, installs, configures, tests, maintains, and troubleshoots network hardware and software
Conducts group training sessions
Recommends resolution for problems to department head for correction
Requirements:
Able to troubleshoot by analyzing verbal and written communication
Able to speak publicly and prepare written communications using simple technology
Excellent people and communication skills
Patience with end-users
Familiar with Microsoft Office suite 2002 or newer
