Hourly rate: $13-$15/hour
A Construction Company in San Luis Obispo is looking for an extremely detailed and fast-paced Administrative Assistant/Contract Administrator to support their Owner. Strong communication skills are a must and the ability to work well with a diverse group of personalities will be necessary. Duties will include heavy phones, setting up client files, project management, contract preparation, significant client interaction and a number of clerical tasks. Juggling numerous priorities at once, while keeping all projects on track will be the norm for this busy role.
Applicants should have good computer skills and should have the ability to pick things up quickly. A good dose of common sense along with an appropriate level of self-confidence will be required. Experience working in a construction office is highly preferred! Must be available for a full-time, Monday – Friday schedule during general business hours and have a valid CA Driver License and reliable transportation for errands. (Mileage reimbursed.) Temp-to-hire $13-$15 DOE plus benefit package.
