Hourly rate: $18-$20/hour
A local restoration company is looking for a FT File Coordinator to join their team! This is a temp-to-hire opportunity. Hours are M-F 7am to 4pm.
Summary: Perform all tasks related to customer calls, job monitoring, tracking, coordination, and audit jobs. Create preliminary estimates and job file backup. Perform general office duties, such as drafting correspondence, filing, and creating reports.
Other duties include:
- Job File Coordination - Monitor job file status, audit status and ensure client requirements are followed
- Job File Documentation - Review field documentation, create preliminary estimate and perform job file backup
- Job File Communication and Reporting - Maintain all communications, prepare job file reports, complete job file audit process and perform job close-out
- Other duties as assigned
- Proficient in MS Office programs
- Minimum 2 years of office experience
- Excellent customer service
- Excellent written and communication skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Experience in writing estimates a plus
