Administration Service Specialist

Hourly rate: $19.75/hr

Description

A local well-established company is looking for an Administration Service Specialist to join their team immediately!

This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday.

 

Duties will include:

  • Review sales order paperwork for accuracy pertaining to product pricing, rebates and taxes
  • Produce invoices to customers daily
  • Assist with weekly open order reports to Sales Representatives, Dispatchers and Counter Sales to clear up any outstanding orders to finalize to invoice and post
  • Maintain customer special pricing
  • Assist with document scanning and filing
  • Assist customers as needed

 

Requirements:

  • Working knowledge of computer programs, proficient in MS Office
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence and memos
  • Ability to type at least 45 wpm
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Strong organization and time management skills
