HR Coordinator (Temp)

Hourly rate: $25/hour

Description

Our North County client is looking for a full time HR Coordinator for approximately 3-6 months.

 

Job functions will include:

  • Coordinates the recruitment and selection process for new employees
  • Develops and implements advertising for recruitment
  • Answers inquiries and advises or assists internal and external customers by phone, in person, and in writing; counsel’s employees and supervisors on personnel rules, policies, and procedures
  • Utilizes the NeoGov Insight program in recruitment and selection
  • Prepares various training related to HR recruitment and benefits
  • Assists departments with reference and background checking
  • Other HR or administrative duties as assigned

 

Requirements:

  • 2-3 years of recruitment or HR Generalist experience
  • Proficiency in MS Office programs
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
