A local business is looking for a FT Firm Administrator to join their team. Overtime during tax season.
Job Duties include:
- Setting up and tracking engagements.
- Compiling staff timesheets. Reporting hours for payroll to management.
- Developing and implementation of proecedures and policies to improve the efficiency of the office.
- Answering phone calls, handling client's inquiries, and complaints.
- Sales support by arranging appointments, preparing proposals and representing company at agreed upon meetings and functions.
- Bookkeeping, prompt billing and collection of company's client base.
- Maintaining benefit information for employees and answering questions regarding benefit plans. Represents company at HR professional meeting and advises owners of pertinent information regarding HR laws and developments.
- Website maintenance and managing of marketing campaigns.
- Prior experience in bookkeeping, customer service, sales support and personal computers.
- Experience with computerized accounting and spreadsheets.
- Good listening, oral and written communication skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and Quickbooks
