Hourly rate: $22-$25/hour
Our client company is looking for a temporary Secretary/Bookkeeper to start immediately! The hours are part time and will increase to full time.
Job duties will include:
- Preparation of minutes
- Preparing correspondence, reports, forms, receipts, vouchers and work orders.
- Compile, organize, record, transmit accountability management for records request
- Prepare staff meeting materials and summary report for Board of Directors
- Data entry and filing with speed and accuracy
- Bookkeeping functions including reviewing timecards for accuracy and processing payroll
- Other duties as assigned
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
- Highly proficient in MS Office
- Understating of methods, principals and practices of financial record keeping
- Previous financial support experience preferred
- Ability to work independently
