Sales Administrative Assistant

San Luis Obispo

Hourly rate: $12-$13/hour

Description

Our client is looking for a Sales Administrative Assistant to join their team immediately! The ideal candidates will be confident, congenial, friendly and outgoing.

 

Duties:

  • Greet guests in a professional manner
  • Handle a multi-line phone and message system
  • Schedule and maintain conference room
  • Assist all departments with travel arrangements
  • Create purchase orders and other accounting administrative duties as needed
  • Perform documents checks/audits
  • Accept orders through mail, fax, and email and enter into the ERP system
  • Maintain sales orders and marketing files
  • Other administrative duties as needed

 

Requirements:

  • BA from a four-year college and 1-2 years related experience and/or training or equivalent of education and experience
  • Proficient in MS Excel, Outlook, Word and PowerPoint
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
