Customer Service Specialist

Hourly rate: $18-$25/hr

Description

Our well-established client is looking for a Customer Service Specialist to join their team! This is a full-time, temp-to-hire position.

 

Duties will include:

  • Answer phones and greet customers
  • Support sales activities; incoming lead pre-selling
  • Analyze feedback from customers and provide solutions
  • Maintain accurate customer records
  • Review of reputation management on sites like yelp, google, etc.
  • Maintain employee file and perform employee orientation
  • Facilitate maintenance requests
  • Other duties as assigned

 

Requirements:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as outstanding proofreading
  • Must be a self-starter and able to independently move projects forward, prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Must have strong organizational and project management skills, as well as attention to detail
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office programs
