Hourly rate: $15-$17/hour DOE
Local construction company is looking for an Office Assistant to join their team!
This is a temp-to-hire opportunity. Hours are M-F 8am to 4:30pm.
- Answering phones
- Data entry in QuickBooks
- Verifying subcontractor insurance
- Obtaining lien release paperwork
- Tracking employee time
- Other office tasks as assigned
- Prior office experience
- Proficient with MS Office programs
- Familiar with QuickBooks desktop a plus
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to multi-task
