Administrative Assistant

Hourly rate: $15-$17/hour

Description

Our 5 Cities client is looking for an Administrative Assistant to join their team!

 

Duties include:

  • Answering phones and greeting clients
  • Maintaining office records, filing, word processing, data entry & creating spreadsheets
  • Coordinate with Administrative Manager to help organize company activities
  • Insert bills in envelopes and mail
  • Prepare payroll checks once received from Payroll Clerk
  • Retreive files for personnel
  • Sort and distribute incoming mail
  • Handle travel arrangements and expense reports
  • Manage calendar for corporate team meetings
  • Stock supplies and order as needed
  • Other administrative duties as assigned

 

Requirements:

  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Demonstrate sound work ethics
  • Time management and attention to detail
