Office/Personal Assistant (Part-time)

Hourly rate: $17-$18/hour
A local construction company is in need of a Part Time Office/Personal Assistant. This position will be 30 hrs/week and schedule is flexible.
Position will perform of variety of functions including tracking projects using Excel, matching invoices and payments, calendaring, and making follow up calls. The ideal candidate will have experience with AP/AR, general bookkeeping experience, filing, purchasing, mass mailings, and have reception skills. They will also be expected to manage a few personal errands for the owner.

- Highly proficient in MS Office
- Proficient in Quickbooks
- Previous experience working in a construction office preferred
- Ability to multi-task and handle consistently shifting priorities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Must have valid driver license and reasonable driving record
