Hourly rate: $58k-$62k DOE
Local Company is seeking a full-time Operations Manager to join their team. Individual will report directly to the General Manager and will oversee daily operations of the Document Shred Department in a safe, honest and customer-driven environment.
This will include managing the Document Shred Team, hiring, training and evaluating all personnel in the Document Shred Department, ensuring adherence to federal, state and company regulations and meeting annual budget goals for the Department.
- 2+ years operations management experience
- Class B license with a safe driving record
- Ability to operate a forklift and experience in materials handling, shipping and receiving
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Computer proficient
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to lift 50lbs.
- Pass a National Background Check and Drug Screen
