Hourly rate: $20/hr
A local client is looking for a dispatcher/admin support to join their team immediately. This is a full-time position, M-F, 8:30am-4pm. The office is very small, this person would need to be comfortable working independently.
Duties will include:
- Processing and filling work orders from contractors to maintain compliance
- Type dispatches, weekly and monthly reports, memos, grievances, meeting minutes for various monthly meetings, out of work list, etc.
- Answer incoming calls
- Update membership information
- Balance cash and checks
- Prepare bank deposits and submit banking daily
- Distribute and balance petty cash
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, typewriter and calculator
- Excellent judgement and creative problem-solving skills, including conflict- resolution
- Experience working effectively in a complex, multifaceted environment
- Exceptional writing, editing and oral communication skills
