Office Administrator

Hourly rate: $13/hour

Description

Local small company is looking for a full time Office Administrator in their office.

 

Duties will include:

  • Answer telephones and greet visitors
  • Filing, scanning, and other basic clerical functions
  • Data Entry
  • Create and modify documents in MS Office and Excel
  • Support staff as needed
  • Assist with AP and accounting functions

 

Requirements:

  • Advanced MS Office skills and familiar with Google Docs
  • 2+ years of clerical experience
  • Excellent written and verbal skills
  • Data entry and ten key proficiency
