Office Assistant (Temporary)

San Luis Obispo

Hourly rate: $18.50/hour

Description

Our non-profit client is looking for a part time Office Assistant to start as soon as possible! This is a temporary position with the possibility of temp-to-hire.

The hours are 11AM-5PM Monday through Friday.

 

Job duties will include:

  • Answering incoming calls and greeting guests
  • composing correspondence and reports
  • Run errands as needed
  • Clean and maintain common areas and stock supplies
  • Other clerical support functions as necessary

 

Requirements:

  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Friendly and welcoming demeanor
  • 2 years of office experience
  • Valid CA driver's license and clean driving record
  • Must pass a national background check and TB test
