Description

Our Law Firm client is looking for a full time Office Manager. This position will be the primary point of contact for all of the firm's clients and prospective clients as well as the supervisor of administrative staff.

 

Job duties will include:

  • Greet clients and answer incoming calls in main office
  • Oversee firm wide HR matters
  • Assign, coordinate and supervise administrative staff to ensure all operational needs are attended to
  • Prepare and submit payroll twice monthly
  • Plan and lead monthly office meeting
  • Plan firm events
  • Other duties as assigned

 

Requirements:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite
  • Minimum of five (5) years experience in management
  • Minimum of two (2) years experience handling payroll for an employer
  • Bachelor's degree in business, human resources or other related field
