A local premiere accounting firm is looking for an Administrative Assistant to join their team!
Summary: Responsible for receiving and directing visitors, vendors, clients and customers to appropriate locations and parties. Assist the Office Manager with various duties to keep the office running smoothly.
Other duties include:
- Answer, assist and direct all incoming calls to appropriate parties
- Typing, filing, scanning, etc.
- Assembly of tax returns and other projects
- Monitor client return delivery to meet deadlines
- Reserve and ensure conference rooms are organized and tidy
- Manage and order office supplies as directed
- Keep the employee break room clean including microwave and refrigerator
- Coordinate businesses lunches and other related duties
- Empty recycle and shredding bins for employees as needed
- Occasionally run errands using personal vehicle
- Other administrative support as needed
- Two years of related office experience
- Proficient with MS Office programs
- Some bookkeeping experience with QuickBooks
- Organized with the ability to multi-task on various projects
- Excellent oral and written skills
- Attention to detail
