Customer Service Representative (temp)

Hourly rate: $12-$15/hour
A local company has an opening for a full-time Customer Service Representative. This is a full time 8:00 A.M-5:00 P.M. Monday-Friday
The ideal candidate will be able to:
- Act as primary contact for company's customer account security system
- Manage all aspects of company card system
- Process ordering, distribution, updating and stocking of various company products on multiple sites
- Keep ongoing contact with customers to alert them of site changes, resolve problems, and assist in usage of company cards and products
- Maintain computer and hard copy company records
- Provide weekly sales, contact and other reporting to Management for top clients
- Keep detailed notes on client interactions and updates
- Effectively communicate with customers, co-workers and Management.
- Efficiently handle other tasks as needed
- Various administrative and light accounting tasks
- Extensive experience in Windows, Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Minimum typing speed of 45 WPM
- Ability to use 10 key with accuracy
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
