Hourly rate: $14-$15/hour

Description

An excellent company in San Luis Obispo is looking for a polished receptionist/administrative assistant. The ideal candidate will have excellent computer skills and will have worked in a paperless environment. This is a full-time temporary positions. There is opportunity for a long-term position with the right candidate.

 

Duties:

  • Answer phones
  • Correspond with clients both written and verbally
  • Filing
  • Scanning
  • Director of first impressions

 

Requirements:

  • Proficient Microsoft Office
  • Professional
  • Excellent written and verbal skills
  • Experience with Goldmine a plus
