Office Administrator

Hourly rate: $18/hour

Description

Our North County Client is looking for a full time Office Administrator to start as soon as possible!

 

This is a temp-to-hire opportunity.

 

Job duties will include:

 

  • Tracking product using internal software programs
  • Ensuring customers receive invoices and statements in a timely manner
  • Setting up new accounts and keeping current customer’s accounts up to date
  • Scheduling on-going equipment training classes for customers
  • Communicating with technicians and management while they are in the field
  • Answering and resolving customer questions or concerns
  • Updating and ensuring accuracy of product information
  • Processing customer’s payments daily and ensuring they are posted accurately

 

Requirements:

 

  • Strong attention to detail and customer service skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office
  • Exceptional follow up and organizational skills essential
  • Ability to analyze data and draw conclusions
  • Ability to self motivate with willingness to learn
