Service Manager Assistant

San Luis Obispo

Hourly rate: $23-$25/hr DOE

Description

Our local client is looking for a Service Manager Assistant to join their team immediately! This is a full-time, temp-to-hire opportunity. You will oversee project estimates/proposals, scheduling, and project closeout.

 

Duties will include:

  • Oversee all aspects of electrical service projects from planning to implementation and completion
  • Allocate resources, coordinate and dispatch crews for assigned projects
  • Oversee onsite personnel and subcontractors
  • Interface with project inspectors, contractors, architects, engineers, city and county officials and clients
  • Negotiate with contractors and clients
  • Maintain high standards of workmanship
  • Maintain high customer satisfaction

 

Requirements:

  • Strong customer service skills and leadership qualities
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to multi task
  • Familiarity with electrical construction, management and basic accounting skills are a plus
