Payroll Administrator

San Luis Obispo

Hourly rate: $20-$22/hour

Description

Our local client is looking for a Payroll Administrator to start as soon as possible. Ideal candidate will be detail oriented and highly proficient in Microsoft Excel. Position is full time M-F.

 

Job duties will include:

  • Review and ensure accuracy of time sheets, track and deduct garnishments
  • Preparation and processing of payroll for employees
  • Establish and maintain employee records, ensure that employee changes are entered correctly and made on a timely basis
  • All other duties as assigned

 

Requirements:

  • Previous payroll experience preferred
  • Excellent skills in MS Word and Excel
  • Experience in ADP and Netsuite a plus
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and high degree of accuracy in a fast paced environment
