Hourly rate: $13.50-$17.60/hour
Local medical facility is looking for a cook to temporarily help in their busy kitchen.
Duties will include:
- Preparing food for patients and guests in accordance with standardized quality recipes.
- Ensures all portion control standards are followed.
- Prepare ans serve therapeutic diet foods.
- Assists in management of department by providing leadership and supervision.
- Understanding the basic principles of quantity food production, servicing and dietary cleanup.
- Ability to use and care for food equipment including safe and sanitary food preparation.
- Previous cooking experience a plus.
