Administrative Assistant II - Bookkeeping

Hourly rate: $15/hour
A local non-profit organization is looking for a PT temporary Administrative Assistant for 6-7 months. This position is responsible for various administrative support duties including accounts payable invoice entry and check printing, and other various clerical duties and support to the Accounting and HR departments
Job duties include:
- Support in the entry of vendor accounts payable invoices into the Financial Edge accounting software.
- Support of the weekly selection of accounts payable to pay and ensuring all invoices are paid in a timely manner.
- Support in performing accounts payable filing and maintenance.
- Offer support and backup relief to the AP/AR/Payroll staff as needed.
- Other administrative support as assigned
- At least 3-5 years' experience and/or education in accounting/bookkeeping
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Attention to detail
