Assistant Office Manager

San Luis Obispo

Hourly rate: $15-$20/hour

Description

A local consulting firm is looking for an experienced FT Assistant Office Manager to join their team. Hours will be M-F 8:30-9:00 to 5:00-5:30pm depending on preferred lunch time.

 

Duties will include:

  • Assisting with daily operations, HR & IT
  • Marketing
  • Strategic planning
  • Invoicing
  • Accounting and Finance

 

Requirements:

  • Expert in MS Office and Excel
  • Basic understanding of Ca labor laws
  • Strong foundation in basic IT for both PC and MAC
  • Some experience in a CRM or time keeping software
  • Knowledge of Cloud based programs
  • Basic understanding of marketing principals; Mailing lists, bid lists, etc.
  • Knowledge of Quickbooks is preferred
