Assistant Office Manager
San Luis Obispo
Hourly rate: $15-$20/hour
A local consulting firm is looking for an experienced FT Assistant Office Manager to join their team. Hours will be M-F 8:30-9:00 to 5:00-5:30pm depending on preferred lunch time.
Duties will include:
- Assisting with daily operations, HR & IT
- Strategic planning
- Accounting and Finance
- Expert in MS Office and Excel
- Basic understanding of Ca labor laws
- Strong foundation in basic IT for both PC and MAC
- Some experience in a CRM or time keeping software
- Knowledge of Cloud based programs
- Basic understanding of marketing principals; Mailing lists, bid lists, etc.
- Knowledge of Quickbooks is preferred
