Description

A vegetable seed technology and breeding company is looking for a Marketing and Commercial Representative to join their team!

This is a full-time temp-to-hire opportunity. Hours are M-F 8am to 5pm.

Job duties include:

  • Partner with the Commercial Teams to develop the Marketing and Commercialization plan with clear objectives, strategies and tactics.
  • Execute and tracking of key strategies established in the marketing plan.
  • Responsible for coordinating promotional material and implementing activities for all the countries within the specific region such as brochures, fairs & events, field day and promotional merchandising.
  • Manage the relationship with all suppliers and ensure validation, reception and delivery of marketing materials.
  • Work with the Commercial Teams to determinate needs and availability of basic marketing stock.
  • Ensuring the proper compliance and FTO with contracts and commercial agreements.
  • In coordination with the Commercial manager develop and track incentive program communication to channel partners.
  • Together with the Commercial and PD team, develop and present a quarterly competitive analysis including pricing trends, brand positioning, and new products launches.
  • Responsible for the new Website project, coordinating the planning and go Live of the website, managing the digital content plan in coordination with Sales, PD and the Agency.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years experience
  • Degree in Business Administration or Marketing desired.
  • Bilingual in Spanish preferred.
  • Willingness to work in the field with growers.
  • Highly proficient in MS Office programs.
  • Experience working with Google Analytics, Photoshop and Adobe or other similar tools.
