Land Development Project Coordinator

Hourly Rate: $25+DOE
Location: San Luis Obispo

Description

Our construction client is looking for a full time Land Development Project Coordinator

Position is a temp-to-hire opportunity

Job duties will include:

  • Contract administration: creating PO's, drafting agreements and change orders
  • Billing administration: review, track and manage invoices
  • General administration: coordination of meetings, organization of files and internal paperwork. Meeting minutes
  • Software administrator: running reports, set up and track new projects and vendor info.

 

Requirements

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent MS Office skills as well as adaptability to new software
  • Must be able to type at least 45wpm
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Previous project management experience preferred
