Hourly Rate: $17-$19/Hr.
Location: San Luis Obispo

Description

Our non-profit client is looking for a full time Bilingual Operations Assistant to start ASAP!

This is a temp-to-hire opportunity.

Position is M-F

Job duties:

  • Provides general administrative and clerical support
  • Schedules intakes, orientations and workshops
  • Writes and distributes emails, memos, letters, faxes and forms
  • Establishes and maintains monthly and quarterly reports for internal and external customers
  • Ensures quality control by ensuring all documentation is accurate
  • Conducts follow up services and random file audits for compliance
  • Orders, inventories and monitors supplies
  • Provides coverage for other staff when necessary and other duties as assigned
  • Some travel may be required.

 

Requirements

  • Bilingual and biliterate Spanish
  • 2+ years previous administrative office experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Ability to prioritize projects with a strong attention to detail and problem solving skills
  • Valid CA driver's license with clean driving record
  • Ability to meet State and Federal background check requirements
