Office Ninja/Admin Wizard

Hourly Rate: $15-$18/hr DOE
Location: San Luis Obispo


A local public relations and marketing agency is looking for a FT or PT Office Ninja to join their team!

This is a temp-to-hire position with hours ranging from 30-40 hours per week.

Summary: Responsible for everything from prepping for meetings to brainstorming on marketing initiatives.

Duties include:

  • Answer phones
  • Research travel arrangements
  • Develop presentations
  • Format bullets, indents, page breaks, section breaks and create mail-merges
  • Sort data, set up formulas and basic chart creation
  • Post to social media, primarily Facebook and Instagram
  • Manage Wordpress, create pop-ups and blog posts
  • Create and send eblasts and newsletters
  • Other admin duties as assigned


  • Highly proficient in MS Office and PowerPoint
  • Familiar with Google-Outlook integration a plus
  • Familiar with Google Drive
  • Wordpress-savvy
  • Experience using MailChimp or Constant Contact
  • Familiar with Adobe Acrobat Pro
  • QuickBooks knowledge a plus
